1. We start with a short email or call

Most projects begin with a quick email outlining what you’re exploring.

You don’t need a detailed brief — a few lines are usually enough for us to understand the context.

If helpful, we follow with a short 15–20 minute call to clarify the objectives and recommend the right approach.

We then send a simple proposal so you can see exactly how we’d run the study — and if you’re happy, we get started straight away.

2. We design a smart, simple survey

We write a short set of questions, designed to get people thinking clearly in their own words.

We avoid long lists, grids or forced choices. Instead, we use:

  • indirect questions

  • short prompts

  • behavioural cues

  • simple, conversational tasks

This produces rich, qualitative-style insight at scale.

3. We collect depth and breadth at the same time

Your study goes to 50–300 people depending on your needs.

Every respondent answers in their own words, producing:

  • depth: clear motivations, stories, language

  • breadth: patterns and direction across the whole sample

This replaces the old “qual then quant” two-step process.

4. We analyse using senior interpretation + AI

We combine our own experience with AI-assisted pattern-finding to produce sharp, reliable insight quickly.
